Description: This is a pre-owned figurine by Dept 56 Poliwoggs. It stands 8.5 inches from the base to the tip of the hat. Weighs 5 ounces. It does not have the original hang tag. The hat was so scuffed up that I gave it a fresh coat of matte black paint. Everything else is untouched. The cat head cauldron cup is on a metal rod so it does move and shift. The arms are jointed at the shoulders so you can lift them. The finish is a satin and matte treatment of the paper mache construction. I will package it carefully.
