XTRA-LARGE measures aprox. 23"-24" or 58.42 - 60.96cm round. The beanie is 7" or 17.78cm tall. If you have a lot of hair or a bigger head I would order this one. Large measures: aprox. 21"-22" or 53.34cm - 55.88cm round. The beanie is 6.5" or 16.51cm tall. This size is a normal mens size. Medium measures: aprox. 19"-20" or 48.26cm-50.8cm round. The beanie is 6" or 15.24cm tall. Which is a typical medium hat, womens head size or a small mens. The beanies will stretch easy with the twist still looking great! I have pics if you want to see.
