Description: The photos how how it arrived at my house. It will be repackaged after purchase. I installed this on my 2016 BMW M3 F80 DCT with competition package. It drove fine no issues. It was never used with the vehicle other than a short test drive, there are maybe 10 miles on the shaft. Driveshaft shop says these are not for BMWs M3s with Competition package. After speaking to a salesman prior to the purchase at Driveshaft shop, I discovered that it was more about the number of splines on shaft and Differential pinion. ( I suggest that you call driveshaft shop to confirm their reason) This shaft is 34 splines, BMW also makes a 27 spline shaft. this shaft requires a solid Differential mount in addition to changing out the rubber bushings with harder bushings. It was not my intention to build a car to track, this is my daily driver and I didn't like the added noise from the solid Diff mount so I went back to stock OEM shaft and stock diff mount. Since the part was installed I can not return it to the seller. There is no warranty with this shaft.
