These things often have issues with crashing, bad encoders, or bad microphone outputs. This one has clean audio output from the headset jack and hasn't crashed on me while using it. Encoder seems solid. However, the knobs are DIRTY and they could use a good cleaning. Cleaning knobs is a lot less work than fixing any mechanical issues though. Body has normal wear and tear/scratches/scuffs. I did notice a couple of the 16 track keys may need a bit more push to work than the others, but all 16 worked. Includes the MP7 rom. So yes, I would recommend a good cleaning which is why I'm dropping the price a bit. But yes, clean audio output from headset jack and both main outputs. Ships with unit and generic power cable.
