The wheels can have no marks and grip tape should be unmarked. The rule of thumb on skateboard completes is if the wheels touch the ground, it's been used. Decks must still be in their original shrink wrap and not grip taped, unless it was manufactured with it. Manufacturer defects are, of course, always covered in our return policy!
