This is a good working tested cylinder but the outer 4-1/2"-12 threads are damaged from not having a plastic protective cover on it while it got used. Also the bottom of the cylinder housing base had a gouge in it (cosmetic only) which I deburred with a die-grinder. Priced right for what it is since this cylinder is about $2700 if new in 2024. Here is a used, good-working Enerpac RCH306 single acting hydraulic cylinder Hollo-Ram. These are a must for pushing/pulling bearing jobs, pins, etc...working on heavy equipment. Tested and working cylinder works good with no leaks. The outer 4-1/2"-12 threads are damaged from using the cylinder without a protective cover on it. Most do not even use these accessory threads on the cylinder. It is too much to hand file these with a thread restorer so if you need the outer threads they can cleaned up easily by chucking it up in a lathe and chasing or re-threading the threads to the proper depth. The 2nd thing on this cylinder is the bottom flat area had a gouge where the Hollo-hole meats the base (cosmetic only). I deburred this area with a die-grinder so you don't cut your finger on the gouged meatal. The hole will still clear 1-1/4" threaded rod as it should. These cylinders are a must for removing stuck pins in construction equipment. Cylinder weighs 42#.
