This was used in my rental house the last 6 months but we have since moved and new house has wired ones so no need for this extra smoke/co2 detector. Works perfectly, the chrim/siren is loud and clear - no issues at all. It includes the mount for easy installation via screws or you can use 3M easy remove adhesive strips. This does require a battery which is not included.
