There are a whole lot of pieces that are real nice. I tried to make a list of what I think is included they are base, straps, wall unit, outside door frame, door, inside door frame, bay window, bay window frame, ceiling light, 2nd floor, stairs, back roof, table lamp. Please look at pictures to decide for yourself what pieces are included in case I have named the parts wrong. I’m including some flattened original doll house furniture boxes. Some pieces have small stains, the house has tears where it folds and some stains. The box has a small amount of scotch tape on it, is torn on the end, it’s flimsy in that area, has writing, and a tear on the other end. The table with the lamp, has a broken leg but the leg is included and fits good, I tried it. The battery compartment has what I think is rust. I know some pieces are missing and I don’t know if the lights work. I don’t have that size battery to try. This is being sold as is. Please look at pictures for part of the description.
