This is a guitar finished in ebony color and gloss finish, which was a popular limited model in the past. The round shoulder acoustic guitar "J-45" was born in 1942 as the successor to the J-35. This model has been loved by many musicians and guitarists to this day, and is nicknamed "The Workhorse". The original J-45 reigned as the representative of round shoulders for 28 years after its birth. However, in 1970, it underwent a period of change and was transformed into a square shoulder and long scale guitar. Production of this model ended in 1982, but it was revived in 1984 with the long-awaited "round shoulder & 24-3/4 inch scale". In 2009, the new model "J-45 Standard" was born, and since then, minor updates such as pickups and oiled fingerboard edge treatment have been made, leading to the present. Made in Montana, USA. The body is all solid wood, with Sitka spruce on the top and mahogany on the sides and back. Equipped with a flat teardrop pickguard and a one-ring rosette with 3-ply binding. Equipped with L.R. Baggs Element VTC, which allows volume/tone control on the side of the sound hole edge. Another characteristic is the rounded edges of the fingerboard, which allows for smooth fingering. Equipped with Mother of Pearl inlays, Graphtech nut, and Grover Rotomatic pegs with a gear ratio of 14:1. The glued dovetail neck joint and nitrocellulose lacquer finish are familiar! The L.R.
