Description: Lucky #7!!! In 2014, Gibson collaborated with founding member of the Black Crowes, Rich Robinson, on an exclusive run of 500 ES-335s, a nail-for-nail recreation of Robinson’s ’63 ES-335 which was destroyed by Hurricane Sandy in 2012 (and later painstakingly restored). This is #7 of 500! This beauty is wrapped up with period correct faded Cherry finish from Gibson’s VOS process, Burstbucker pickups (#1 at the neck and a hotter #2 at the bridge), and a nod to the original’s “Custom Made” plate covering stopbar stud holes. I am the original owner. I bought this instrument new from Wildwood Guitars in 2014 (receipt shown). i barely played this guitar over the last 10 years, so it is in excellent condition. The OHSC is in flawless condition. All electronics and mechanicals work as they should. This is one of the finest instruments Gibson Memphis ever produced. These Rich Robinson models very rarely come up for sale. Get this wonderful example for your collection! Contact me with any questions. Thanks for looking!
