Description: For your consideration is a 7” tall Gladding McBean bud vase. This line of pottery was produced in Southern California before 1938. The pottery has no chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs. Being used, it has a few short surficial scratches in the clear glazed surface as well as a "X" scratched into the bottom. As you can see, the foot ring was not ground flat. Therefore, when seated on a hard flat surface, the slightly uneven glaze leads to a little wobble.
