GMT Panzer Board Game Eastern Front 1943-44 Unplayed with Extras

Description: I have a GMT Panzer board game in excellent condition. It's a very nice copy with no visible signs of damage. It's from my personal collection and I will likely never get around to enjoying this item, so it's time to pass it along to someone who will. It seems to be a very detailed game but I just don't have time for it. Everything is accounted for and there are two extras:- Counter tray with lid that fits inside the box- A binder with printed base manual, playbook, copies of some of the charts, FAQ, and copies of the counters before I punched them. You can use this to make sure all of the counters are accounted for as I mentioned. I am not aware that I have created an issue by providing copies to you in the binder. To me, they are backup copies that are being sold along with the original product. Better to pass along to you rather than trash the binder. I advertise a 3 day handling time but that is just in case of emergency. I very often ship same-day if payment is received in the morning, and usually next day at the latest in most of the other cases. I will package and ship to you very carefully so that you receive your item in the same condition as it is now. Items I ship in most of the cases will be packed with dunnage space between all of the product sides so that it's not touching the carton wall. In the case of a book or flat item however, I may ship in double wall cardboard. I take pride in my games and extend this to my shipments as well, as I am a gamer like you who loves my games. The game was stored in a closet (getting full now) in a smoke-free, temperature-controlled home. Thanks for looking.
