Hazel Atlas Set Of 4 VTG Bicentennial Signing of Declaration Sour Cream Glasses

Description: This vintage Hazel Atlas set of (4) 1/2 pint sour cream glasses from 1976 were made to commemorate the United States Bicentennial and the signing of the Declaration of Independence 1776-1976. One side has a red American Eagle and the other side a blue Liberty Bell. Made in the day before all the plastic that fills our landfills, these were made to look pretty and be useful long after the sour cream was gone. Since they were made for longer use they are made of a little heavier glass to stand the test of time. A wonderful estate find, they have been well cared for and are in excellent vintage preowned condition with no chips, hairlines, loss of design or restorations. The colors are still very bright and the glass is still shiny indicating they have not been put in a dishwasher. As with all vintage glassware there can be dimples, bubbles, straw marks, and check marks and light wear consistent with age and use. The bottoms of some of the glasses have the Hazel Atlas logo and the size along with the number but some only have a number.
