Yellow portion is a heavy-duty porcelain or enamel ware consistency, and the base is by Accurate Casting. This is an estate find. It is a very ornate ashtray and smoking stand. This is an estate find so unsure of the history. Condition is good although the yellow metal portion does have the occasional nick to the yellow paint.
