It's packed full of walnuts, almonds, raisins, dates, fresh orange zest, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cloves, and ginger. There's 2 cups of walnuts/almonds and 2 cups of raisins/dates in each cake. I make each one to order in a licensed kitchen. This is for a 2 pound loaf cake that is dipped in honey syrup to keep it super moist. It's then triple wrapped in plastic and sealed in a clear gift bag with ribbon.
