Description: This is an original handmade vintage wood nutcracker made by Holzkunst Christian Ulbricht in West Germany. I believe this nutcracker originally carried a basket containing cloth bags of sugar and flour, as well as pretzels on a string. The gingerbread cookies this nutcracker is holding are original. The basket is not original. The nutcracker is in excellent condition, as you can see by these photos. The nutcracker is approximately 14 inches tall. This comes from a clean home where no one smokes.
