Description: This is an original 1988 hardcover printing of "Hungarian Folk Dances," edited by Gyula Ortutay, written by Gyorgy Martin, published by Kner Publishing House in Gyomaendrod, and printed in Hungary. Various songs and dances are explained here, and there is a large section with color and black & white photos of people engaging in many of the dances. Song lyrics are in Hungarian, and commentary is in English. The copy being offered is in good condition overall and shows signs of light use. The covers have moderate wear (though it is visible in the corners), with light smudging and a few scratches, and the pages are clean, bright, unmarked, and strongly bound.
