Description: Vintage Icom IC-551D VHF 6 meter transceiver for amateur radio use in fair to good physical condition. Okay shape showing signs of ordinary use and decades of storage. There is some corrosion on the LH side after being stored on edge (see photos). Powers up and receives a generated signal. Meter lighting is inop. Not tested on transmit and see technician's comments for previous testing but please be advised that this was probably from 15-20 years ago. No FM board. Just the transceiver as pictured with no power cord or microphone and is sold AS IS and cannot be returned. From a non-smoking home and shipping is $34.99 for UPS Ground to 48 states.
