It was only worn one time for a baby shower and it's still in beautiful condition just as purchased. Dress is lined and has a layered / tiered bottom for cute detailing. There is an elastic band underneath the bust for added fit and flare. Upon extremely close inspection as I was measuring the dress I noticed there looks like there might be 2 slight lines in the material like at some point it might have snagged. I took a close-up picture of it and honestly, it could have been like this when I purchased it and I just never noticed being near the hem. One is at the very bottom of the hem in the front and the other in the back. Please take a look at all the pictures for better detail. Measurements are approximately as follows: Underarm to underarm: 15.5" Elastic band under the bust: 11.75" Elastic band stretches to approximately: 17" From the top of the shoulder strap to the bottom of the hem at the side in the back is approximately 48" long.
