Description: Bare block assembly removed from a 1998 JD model 455 Lawn and Garden Tractor. Cylinder bores measure within standard spec's and appear to be in good useable condition. Needs to be hot tanked (Cleaned). All other remaining engine components will either be listed in separate auctions or have already been sold. I started & drove this machine into the shop last week (July 2024). Bores measure standard and just need a light honing to clean up! JD sells a replacement block assembly, JD part number AM101392 which has been replaced by AM876419. Listed as available new from Deere for $2632.51. Block is an exact replacement for JD models 430, 455, and 755 with engine serial numbers 5001 or higher. Buyer pays actual shipping via UPS ground, 58 lbs. packed weight.
