Shown here at the St. Patrick's Day Parade in Boston in 1948. Patrolman on horse is identified as Jim Reilly. Photo is out of the Bernard Kobel series of vintage photo copies and his number marking is on the back. The Kobel photos are all vintage copies of photos taken by others and sold mainly in the 1950-60's by him. Print quality is not always the best.
