Description: Rare and substantial hammer pendant in wearable condition. Signs of wear according to age. Dimensions: Weight - 21.81 Grams Size - 4x3 cm The hammer was God Thor's primary weapon. It was no ordinary hammer; whenever Thor cast it at an enemy, it returned to his hands like a boomerang. Thor (whose name means ,,Thunder") was the god of the storm, and thunder was perceived as being the sound of his hammer crashing down on his foes. It should come as no surprise, therefore, that the Old Norse name for his hammer, Mjllnir, meant ,,Lightning.
