This doll is from the town of Dinan , in the province of Brittany, in the northwest corner of France's western Atlantic coastline. The doll is 12" tall, 7 1/2" wide at the base of her skirt, and 7"deep. Her dress is made of dark blue corduroy/satin-like material. The shawl is made of dark blue velvet trimmed with black lace, the apron is made of a lavender satin-like cloth with gold trim and black lace. Please note exquisite her headdress made of stiffened lace and satin white ribbons. Her hair seems to be made of a soft, brown wool-like material. This doll comes with her own carrying case, which is 11" tall.
