There are some wrinkles near the spine on the front cover. A previous owners name has been blacked out with a marker on the front cover. The binding is good with no loose pages. The pages are clean with no rips, tears, staining, or markings on them. The audio cassette case is in nice shape with no cracks or damage. The cover art has some surface indentations on it as if this was underneath a piece of paper being written on.
