I have matted eight of them in one mount. The other are loose within the book with the handwritten pages also. From the first page, I have been able to translate that this was given as a birthday gift (I think) One page reads For Christmas 1923. There are many handwritten pages in German. There are about 16 more loose watercolors. Many winged angel figures. Pages are 7-1/2" x 5". Many have writing on the back. There are so great. I think as good as Henry Darger.
