Finish has overall wear, some dirt, heaviest wear is edges and roof, some tarnish on trim, corrosion on 1 coupler, other is a replacement. Original wheels look solid, has hand-reverse. It ran and reversed, both lights worked when bench tested, as is, no operation warranty. All Items, including N.O.S. (new-old-stock), are graded and represented as vintage collectibles.
