Description: These stand only 1 ¾” high and they are 1 ¾” in diameter. The bottom is embossed "HIGGINS INKS BROOKLYN N.Y." I would date this style in the late 1890s. Both are in dug condition with some haze inside and out and one has an ink stain that doesn’t want to come out and a scratch on one side. But they are cute little squatty things just starting to turn a light amethyst, with no other damage.
