Description: This graphics card has been tested and is working.The default clock speeds are 300 MHz on the GPU and RAM, which are much lower than they should be, even under load. The fan will need to be connected to a motherboard fan header for power. I haven't tried flashing the Vbios and I don't feel comfortable doing it, but I did try unofficially overclocking it with AMD GPU Clock Tool and the fastest it would run without crashing was 490 MHz on core and 390 MHz on memory. I ran 3DMark06 and it completed the benchmark. GPU-Z and Device Manager show it as a VisionTek ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT (one of the versions of the 2600 XT and the 3650 are very similar and based on the same GPU), so I think the previous owner modified the Vbios to set lower clock speeds, and flashed it. -------------------- Terms of Sale -------------------- If the buyer does not pay within 4 days after end of auction, on the 5th day the order will be cancelled and the buyer will be blocked from bidding/buying my items.
