Upon careful inspection, the painting itself appears to be in excellent condition. I did note a few flaws, but they do not seem to be on the painting itself, nor do they seem to affect the overall integrity of the painting. Noted "flaws": 1. A small hole, approx 1/8", in the matting material on upper righthand side. 2. Slight discoloring on the bottom lefthand side of the matting material. 3. There is a small, 1", thread on the backside of the glass, in between the glass and the painting. *It looks like all of the above "flaws" could be corrected by re-matting or reframing the painting. **See pictures for details.
