Description: Rare framed artwork by French contemporary textile artist Marie-Therese Rjewsky (1943- ), who has exhibited widely throughout France, Belgium and the U.S. since the early 1990's. Square quilted panel entitled "Castor et Pollux," relating to the stories of the twins in Greek mythology. Artwork measures 4.75" by 4.5" and comes matted, under glass, and in a blond wood frame, total dimensions 10" by 10". Titled and signed by the artist on the mat.
