Instruction book lists the pieces and my wife and I checked to make sure all were there. 239 pieces plus 961 pieces of hardware. This is the maximum version so they added 14 pieces and 42 pieces of hardware. Hardware in this kit is still in sealed bags, so we did not count that. 68 Page instruction book dated 2015 is included. This has pictures with parts numbers showing how to assemble the robot. Has added written instructions for voice and motion control. This is in very good condition, it was part of a lot at auction so I don't know any history but all pieces are there and the hardware is still in the sealed bags.
