Light wear spot grazing edge of various pages (seen in one of the pics). *Nice looking Bourdain autograph in a blue marker on a bookplate/ first title page. This particular copy of Medium Raw was officially released with a copy of Kitchen Confidential. These copies were not only signed but were unique in that there was no bar code on the back of the dust jacket. Kitchen Confidential- Decent overall condition first edition 5th printing. Some small wear/tear spots grazing bottom edge of various pages (seen in some pics). Lighter wear to dust jacket (a tear noticed on one edge, seen in one of the pics). Unmarked pages (smell fine). Clean looking cover boards. Two or so minor off-color marks noticed on right side edges of pages. **The 5th printing appears to be the last printing of the first edition copies of Bourdain's Kitchen Confidential 2000 hardcover (the 6th printing does NOT state first edition on the copyright page, as well as any other later printing).
