Every cable is included, the Panasonic Toughbook laptop is loaded with the best operating system for the year range of this diagnostic system: Windows 7 (difficult to find that set up). All of the internal configurations (IPV4 setup, ports, system, security, etc.) have been dialed in by a professional software guru to work with the MB computer modules.
