I'd say it's in decent shape, the dust jacket is torn but pages are decent. There are some pencil eraser markings on some of the pages. (I'm not an expert on autographs and this has not been examined, but feel free to have it checked out and you're welcomed to return it). Inscription says: "For Eugene K.
