Document will be carefully refolded in half for mailing. * CONDITION: Good+ with a 2 1/2 inch seam-split at the bottom center fold along with an old tape stain (most evident on the reverse; the tape is no longer there). Some smaller seam-splits (1/4 to 1/2 inch) at the outer edges of 4 of the 7 other folds. * SIZE: Measures approximately 13 x 16 1/2 inches.
