This NORTHWOOD "BLOSSOMTIME" ftd. ruffled compote is antique glass that has survived well over 100 years of survival and because of age has now become a beautiful family heirloom NORTHWOOD piece of glass that is just the way this American beauty left the "NORTHWOOD GLASS COMPANY" many years ago, this ruffled top ftd. "BLOSSOMTIME" compote is in excellent condition having NO chips, cracks, scratches, and NO glass staining; One of the outstanding features of this "BLOSSOMTIME" compote is the beautiful "twisted stem"; It did not matter what angle or position I photographed this NORTHWOOD beauty the COLOR and IRIDESCENCE can be seen in my numerous photos taken, after all carnival glass is all about the................. COLOR and IRIDESCENCE; I like to take many photos of what I am selling, I photograph an item just like I look at the item before I buy it, I have gone over and over this "BLOSSOMTIME" beauty and all feels finger feel smooth with no roughness around the ruffle top edge of this American beauty; This particular NORTHWOOD green carnival glass "BLOSSOMTIME" compote that I have here is marked with the famous "NORTHWOOD" trade mark, the "N" in a circle with a line underneath the letter "N" on the outside bottom of the foot of this American beauty; I may also add that this NORTHWOOD GREEN CARNIVAL GLASS "BLOSSOMTIME" RUFFLED TOP FTD.
