Description: This is a repair service for the NuVo Model NV-P3100 three zone player. This repair is for a "Bad Zone Red Light" problem (any of the three zones booting up to a red light). If you are having any problem other than "Bad Zone Red Light", this repair is not for you. ** If you have a zone that lights up white or red when turned on and does not blink while booting up, this repair will not fix a problem like that. **If you have more than one zone coming up with a red light, please make payment for each zone that is to be repaired. Quantity discounts apply.After payment has been made, we will send you the address of where to ship your unit to in North Carolina.We recommend you use UPS Ground (preferred) or FedEx Ground service for shipping. USPS is usually not as well equipped for handling larger packages, but shipping with USPS is fine as well.You will ship your NuVo Model NV-P3100 to us for repair (at your own expense) and we will repair it and fully test it for proper operation. We will then ship it back to you at no additional cost to you. If your NuVo Model NV-P3100 is for some reason non-repairable, we will refund the price of this service less return shipping.DO NOT ship us any wires or connectors. We have test cables and connectors here in the shop. Ship the three zone player unit only.We give a 30 day warranty on all repairs. We use only high grade replacement components to protect against repeat failure.In packing for shipping, please be sure that the unit DOES NOT SHIFT AROUND inside the box.
