O Scale IHOP - w/light kit

Description: This kit comes from a customer who wanted an IHOP so I decided to share it with the community. When completed this kit is really nice. Once built this kit is big! Approximately 8 1/2 inches long by 6 1/4 inches wide, by 6” high. The KIT version is easy to assemble since the structure is 2 pieces, and the main roof can simply sit on top without glueing for access to the interior. Location for the light module will easily sit under the upper roof and the strip light can be fed in to the building by cutting a small piece of the top roof that won't be visible once complete. Both versions include the pictured interior items (Counter and 2 tables with chairs), and the exterior will include a sitting bench and the road sign. If purchased built, I will not glue the completed structure on to the base for access to the interior.
