Brand new, but old stock from many years ago. I bought these directly from Sunset about 20 years ago and they shipped them as you see, wrapped in tissue paper. If I remember correctly, they did not formally offer these for sale but obliged me by selling me some from their spare parts stock (hence the absence of any retail packaging). I never installed them or used them, so they are as shipped from Sunset many years ago. As always, it's up to you to you to determine their suitability for your needs. NO RETURNS PLEASE!
