orig. 1950's MIAMI HURRICANES **Chicago Pennant Company Soft FELT PENNANT**

Description: >Offered here is an old and original 1950's UNIVERSITY OF MIAMI HURRICANES college pennant!! Please see all seven photos, as they are an important part of my description. This vintage college pennant measures approximately 34" x 11" (not including the tassels), which is a bit longer than most standard-sized pennants. The pennant still retains its original Chicago Pennant Company label on the pennant's reverse (see pic). This vintage sports pennant for the Miami Hurricanes features a two-piece construction of green and yellow felt, with white felt trim on the left side and four soft-felt tassels. The flocked-on lettering and graphics also features the school's seal. Based on the pennant's style, extra long length and the Chicago Pennant Co. label, I believe it to be from the 1950's era. The University of Miami is located in Miami, Florida. A simply beautiful football or basketball pennant!! <>Condition: the pennant is in *Fine Shape* overall, with extremely minimal age/handling faults....nice!!! There is age thinning of the felt in scattered spots (small unobtrusive holes). The Chicago Pennant Co. label is in fine shape! The colors remain vibrant, on both front and back!
