Description: Please see the photos. Minimal signs of use - if any. Rollers are clean and spin with resistance - not freely. You can rotate with pressure from one finger, but it doesn't "spin." There is no wobble to rollers either. Mounting holes don't show bolt marks, and there are no signs of rust starting anywhere. It appears to have been sitting somewhere and with a good cleaning would appear new. We wrapped them in foam padding and fit them into a USPS flat rate envelope to keep shipping down. If USPS damages these heavy metal rollers, a cardboard box wouldn't have helped them anyway.
