There is a circular paper punch above title on front cover that has been repaired with tape. Spine is creased. Pages 173 through 179 show evidence of a coffee or tea stain. Most of the stain is in the margin and the text is still readable to the corresponding pages. There is highlighting and pen underlining through about 20% of the book.
