Description: 100% Custom. 100% Unique. Handcrafted Hats By Pickwicks Classic embroidered vintage Peterbilt patch professionally applied to a brand new red & black Richardson 110 cap. This is a fitted R-Flex (Flexfit) hat in Large/X-Large. The official sizes listed from Richardson are 7" - 7 5/8", but I normally wear a 7 5/8" and it's not tight on me at all so it should be fine up to at least 7 3/4". This patch was applied using our own industrial sewing machine, not a heat press! Please read the description to see why this matters, and why we take so much pride in our hats...The vast majority of custom patch hats are produced quickly by heat pressing the patch onto a hat using adhesive only. This adhesive quickly wears down and over time the patch will start peeling at the corners. Our process of carefully sewing on each patch is difficult, time consuming, and took years of practice to do perfectly.
