Description: This adorable dress from Pippa & Julie has a dainty floral pattern on a pale pink striped cotton fabric. The sleeveless dress features colorful accents of tassels, ruffles and tie belt. This high-waisted, full dress has a double lining of a cotton and polyester blend. In a girls SIZE 3T, this sweet dress is in excellent pre-owned condition! I also provide photos of actual measurements (except for most babies & kids items) and I try to disclose & photograph imperfections of any type. These are ‘pre-owned’ pieces…they may never have been worn, some ‘new with tags’ but have likely been hanging in a closet or a thrift store for some time. Some thrift stores spray clothing, and a smell that triggers one person’s senses might not another’s. My pieces are always steam sanitized and also spot cleaned and washed if needed.
