No dings or dents in the scabbard. No rust or pitting. Nice blue finish that is starting to patina. The leather belt loop is still soft and supple. It is not cracked through or broken. It is marked: Rock Island Arsenal on the rear. It has some crazing and surface cracking. These are Rarely offered for sale with the bayonets, let alone by itself. The Krag Cadet Bayonet was issued in Very Limited Quanities for use by the Cadets at West Point. These are seldom see offered for sale. This is an excellent example at a very reasonable price.
