Not sold or gifted internally to White House Staff. These cobalts/navy cufflinks were used as gifts for White House visiting Heads of State and high level guests. Issued only by the President himself through the oval office. Very hard to obtain. President Trump's signature is engraved on the reverse of each cufflink. Also "Ann Hand" the designer/maker of the cufflinks along with .925 indicating they are gold over sterling silver. They are on a toggle post. Housed in a deluxe wooden presentation box with engraved Presidential Seal inside a blue outer box with gold seal.
