The back is made of neoprene to allow for stretching over boots. Picture shows there is heavy-duty stitching along back seam. There is a drawstring at the top for tightening and size adjustment. These appear to be unused. One Size Fits Most Overall length 19.5 inches (includes pad across top of foot). Top of calf opening is approx 6.5 inch diameter.
