You don't need water color paints for this book, all you do is just dip the brush in the water and paint the shaded areas on each page. It will fill in the dotted areas with color from the paper. There are a few pages that are partially done and many left to color in. The book shows a little handling wear but is in great shape. The original cost of the book was .39 cents. A great little coloring type book! Payment is expected within 3 days of auction ending. We don't think that is too much to ask especially since it is only a couple of clicks to pay.
