Frame measures 16" x 14" x 1" and actual paper flier measures 8.5" x 11". Small tear in one corner of flier and frame has some very minor wear around corners. No COA available - Ms. Clarkson signed this at a promotional event as she was scheduled to provide an onsite concert to the winning high school of this 2013 program but had to cancel due to concerns with her pregnancy.
