In all the research I have done on this set, I have only been able to find one other example and that was from a very high end space collector auction at a top auction house a few years ago. Other than that, I have not been able to find another one anywhere on the market. Worldcat shows some examples in institutions but I imagine they have had them since this set was released in 1967. I cant even imagine there were too many of these produced. A 2 volume set that is filled with original chromogenic prints, and photographs with transparent overlays that outline and map the surveys done on the georgraphic resources of the earth. Most of the photographs are on original Kodak paper. Binders are complete with all the original information and photos. A few of the first pages have come loose from the binder but nothing too bad. Because many of the pages are photographs, there are a couple that show signs that they stuck to the one in front of them in the past. They are no longer connected but there is a little paper from the back of the previous page attached to the corners. I have gone through the books and dont think there are any pages that are still stuck together. Really just a great example of this incredibly rare piece of space history. Over 150-200 photograph and chromogenic prints. Dont miss this chance. If you collect rare Space items including original photographs check my store for the original Space photos I am also selling.
